The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be used to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. OEM integrators must be provided with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The approval type for the WAPN005 module is a limited modular approval due to the absence of a RF shielding. This requires any manufacturer of host equipment containing the WAPN005 module to ask for an approval of their design by the holder of that grant. Operations in 5150-5250 MHz band is for indoor use only. This device has 20/40 MHz bandwidth modes. DFS operation is slave without radar detection.
