Diagram A: Separate the top from the lens holder by unscrewing the brass nuts. Access the LED Module underneath the brass top for battery installation. Carefully store the brass nuts for later assembly. Diagram B: Unscrew the lower section of the LED Module by hand to install the C size batteries. Once installed, screw the lower section back in. See Operating Instructions for further details. Diagram C: Attach the lens holder to the body of the light using the supplied bolt and tool. Diagram D: Remove the protective sleeves on the top and bottom of the glass lens. Place the glass lens into the lens holder. Diagram E: Attach the brass top to the brass lens holder by hand turning the nuts from step 1 (Diagram A) into the screws protruding from underneath the brass top. Diagram F: Unscrew the battery cover to remove the battery tab. Screw the battery cover back on. Operating Instructions:
This product comes with a Remote Control Battery Operated LED Light with several unique features including an adjustable dimmer and timer settings for automatic shut off. The light may also be operated by a manual On/Off button accessible through the Lens Holder(Diagram G). LED Light:
a. Unscrew the lower section of the puck shaped LED light module located underneath the brass top. The upper section of the LED module is permanently attached to the underside of the brass top.
(Diagram B) b. Install 3 x C size alkaline batteries noting the correct polarity. (Diagram B) c. Screw the lower section with batteries now installed back into the upper section. Please take care to screw the lower section in all the way to ensure the LED module remains water resistant. You will know this has been done correctly as you will have easy access with your finger through the glass lens holder to the back up manual on/off button. (Diagram G) Remote Control:
a. Unscrew the back plate from the remote control. (Diagram F) b. Remove the battery tab. (Diagram F) c. Screw the back plate back on (Diagram F) d. Press the On button to turn the light on. Press the Off button to turn the light off. e. Press the + or - buttons to adjust the light level. f. Press the 2H, 3H, or 4H buttons (H=Hours) to select the amount of time you wish to have the light on. When you press any one of these buttons you will see the green timer light indicating that the timer has been set. You can reset this by pressing another of the timer settings or by turning the light off and then on again. If you don't press one of the timer buttons then the light will remain on until you turn it off. g. This light works best when the remote control is activated within 10' of the light. In a situation when the light is placed further away then please extend the antenna on the remote control for better reception.
