End users must be informed of the body worn requirements for satisfying RF Exposure compliance. The highest reported SAR for stand-alone and simultaneous transmission exposure conditions are < 0.1 W/kg and 1.46 W/kg, respectively. This device contains GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE transmitters.

This device contains GSM/WCDMA functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for 850 MHz Cell, 1900 MHz PCS and 2500 MHz operations. This device contains a WLAN transmitter.
