Device has been tested for SAR compliance for use in notebook computers with connector configurations as described in this filing, and can be used with notebook computers with substantially similar physical dimensions, construction, and electrical and RF characteristics. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. A specific instruction label, as accepted for this filing, must be displayed on the device to inform users about the operating requirements for satisfying SAR compliance. Use of other accessories may not ensure compliance with RF exposure guidelines. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter within a host device, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product guidelines. End-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for all final notebook computer host devices. The maximum reported body SAR values are: Part 22 - 0.99 W/kg; Part 24 - 1.27 W/kg. Modular Approval for use in mobile-only exposure conditions is subject to maximum antenna gain including cable loss not exceeding 2.4dBi in Cellular Band and 2.0 dBi in PCS band, for purposes of 2.1043 and 2.1091. This device is allowed only for OEM integration into host products. Consumer or end-user installation is not allowed. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter within a host device, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product guidelines. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. End-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for final host devices and installations. This device contains functions that are not operational in U.S Territories. This filing is only applicable for US operations.
