All Products must be stored, carried, processed, installed or otherwise handled or dealt with by End User and its agents in accordance with Nextivitys published instructions, and in accordance with normal safety procedures for the handling of Products, and Nextivity shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising out of the Products or their condition if this is not done. Nextivity shall not be liable to replace any Products rejected only on the grounds of immaterial imperfections or variations in the manufacturing process. End User shall not (and End User shall not permit anyone else to): (i) in any way reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms from any part of the Products, except to the limited extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction, (ii) modify, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of any part of the Products, or (iii) copy, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer any of the rights that End User receives hereunder.
