This operation is fully described in Exhibit 7 Operational description of this filing. The Nokia mmWave products have been the first or nearly the first approved product in each mmWave band and utilize the 3GPP Option 3x Non-Standalone (NSA) solution with dual-connectivity to LTE. This solution was adopted as it was standardized in 3GPP six months before the Standalone (SA) solution became available. The use of Option 3x segregates the low data rate functions, such as IoT to the 4G LTE network. Nokias mmWave products, including the AWGUC/D, do not support the SA solution, Option 2, at this time. Nokia has certified numerous products which have incorporated IoT. All of them are sub 6 GHz products and some of them have had IoT capability added after initial operation capability. In this case, as we have in previous filings, if the decision was made to support the 3GPP Standalone Option 2 solution in the AWGUC/D product, it would require retest and a FCC Class II Change filing with the OET.
