* Reset Button : DoorCams Operation Mode will be as SoftAP Mode. 2. The operation mode DoorCam 1) SoftAP mode DoorCam initial state Search the SSID name after connecting the wireless network at the bottom left of PC or Notebook.(SSID is DoorCam_XXXXXX and connection password is open . XXXXXX: camera serial number.) 2) Station mode Station mode. When you register DoorCam in viewer app, softAP mode is changed to When you press the switch in station mode, the DoorCam supports streaming via viewer app. 3) Operating mode conversion Switch to the SoftAP : In Station mode press the reset key, Switch to the SoftAP Switch to the Station mode :If you register DoorCam in the viewer APP, it can be switched to the station mode. 3. At the condition of SoftAP mode , Checking video streaming - 1 DoorCam 1) 2) Insert the battery to DoorCam. In wireless network,search DoorCam_xxxxxx (xxxxxx is unique value for each device )AP. 3) Connect to DoorCam_xxxxxx.(Password is open) 4) After running the vlc program, run the open network stream on Media menu . At the condition of SoftAP Mode , Checking video streaming - 2 5) On the Network tap of Open Media, enter the rtsp://192.168.240.1/live.264 and press Play button. : you can see the video streaming. 4. Mounting DoorCam DoorCam 5. HOW TO REGISTER DOORCAM 5-1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT 1) Make sure your mobile device is connected to your home Wi-Fi. 2) Download and launch the app. 3) Press sign up at the bottom of the login page. 4) Enter your email and create a password and profile name. Then press sign up. For Help, press the at the top right corner. DoorCam 5-2. REGISTER DOORCAM 1) Have your Wi-Fi network password available. 2) 3) DoorCam's status LED light should Insert 3 D batteries into the battery slots. flash up and down. If it is not, press the status button. 4) Go back to the app, and select your timezone. 5) Switch to your phones Wi-Fi settings, leaving app open. Please DO NOT CLOSE THE APP. 6) Connect to the network DoorCam_xxxxxx. If you see "internet is unavailable," tap "okay."
7) Once youre connected to the DoorCam_xxxxxx network, switch back to the app and press continue. 8) Select your home Wi-Fi network, enter the password, then press continue. Your app will then complete the registration. This may take up to 3 minutes. 9) Secure the battery cover using a screwdriver. 6. HOW TO ADJUST DOORCAM DoorCam 1) Use the wrench to loosen the bracket. 2) Hold the body with one hand and pull the camera outwards with the other. 3) Hang DoorCam over your door and push the camera inwards until it fits. 4) Use the hex wrench to tighten the bracket. WARNING: This product may fall off it placed too close to the edge of the door and not mounted. We recommend placing at the center of the door and securing the device using the included mounting screws. DO NOT touch the metal part of the bracket. DO NOT slam the door shut.
