Designed for modern conference rooms, this product offers smooth writing, easy erasing, and screencasting. Built-in multi-screen interactive features will make your meeting work fun and convenient. One of the goals of this product is to replace the ordinary whiteboard in the conference room, with a pen attached, a blackboard eraser (optional), under the Android writing program, pick up the pen in your hand to write, no need to switch other tasks , pick up your blackboard eraser and erase. If you can't find the pen and eraser for a while, you can also use your fingers and the back of your hand to temporarily replace it. The second goal of this product is to replace the projector in the conference room. The machine has a variety of input ports for easy access to your computer, such as HDMI, VGA. Connect your computer output to the unit and the system will automatically switch the signal. While projecting, we can freely annotate and save on the projected content. This product can be configured with a USB wireless transmitter, just plug it into the computer's USB port, wait a moment, press the button to easily screen, and reverse the touch. This product can be installed with an OPS computer host (optional) to provide more flexibility to customers. The multi-screen interactive software built into this product is completely integrated with the whole machine. When you use it, you don't need to switch it separately or set it separately. You can pick up the phone tablet or computer whenever you want. This product is fully touch operated and all functions are done by touch. 1 II Warning Please read the instructions carefully before using the machine. Please keep it in case you need it when you need it. Do not place the machine where it is not stable, easy to tilt or fall. Do not insert anything into the inside of the machine. At this time, the indicator light on the front frame of the machine will light up, and the red color will indicate standby status. Press the power button on the front frame and the indicator will change from red to blue and the machine will start. 4.2 Power off 4.2.1 Standby In any case, short press the power button to enter hibernation, long press to enter the shutdown.When there is a built-in OPS computer (optional), press the power button on the front frame, the system will automatically switch to the built-in computer channel, and automatically trigger the computer shutdown signal, the computer will perform shutdown, and the machine will automatically enter after the computer is completely turned off within 5s. The standby mode turns off the power of the whole unit and the indicator turns red. 6 4.2.2 Press power button off In the case of abnormal machine, you can directly pull out the power cord to turn off the power of the whole machine and forcibly turn off the power. This is not recommended for models with built-in OPS computers and may damage the computer system. 4.3 Conference documents The meeting minutes, introduction materials and other documents are in the Documents folder of the local directory, as shown in the image. 7 V Main interface introduction When booting, the machine will default to the system desktop as above. Some models with an OPS built-in computer will default to the OPS computer interface when the machine boots. At this point, you can directly operate the OPS computer. If you need to return to the main interface, you can return it by operating the sidebar shortcut menu. 5.1 Side shortkey menu Click to switch channels. The shortcut menu is shown below. * The machine supports automatic signal detection. When an external signal is inserted, the machine will automatically detect it and display it on the icon. Screen saver: Select the screen saver icon in the app, and the system will automatically play the built-in default screen saver image. If you need to set the parameters of the screen saver, and play the content, long press the lower left corner of the screen to enter the screen saver settings page, you can set the no-operation start time interval, theme settings, play path, play directory. 9 In the application, select the welcome chart, click, and then enter the welcome template selection interface. After selecting any template, double-click any text in the template to enter the editable mode. When finished, click play. Text can be changed freely. Writing: Click on the writing icon to enter the writing pad. Just like the icon on the home page. Transfer screen: Click the screen icon to enter the screen guide interface. The wireless transmission of this unit does not need to be set, and it can be activated and used without entering any guiding interface. The guidance interface is only meant to indicate how the user is using it for the first time. 10 1. In the writing mode, you can click the corresponding icon to cancel or redo. Click the eraser icon and the system switches to eraser mode. At this point, any touch screen is an eraser. You need to click the write icon when you need to write. This eraser option is not recommended for customers and is limited to situations where you are not used to using gestures. There are 3 modes to choose from, save the local, save the mailbox, and send it to the phone. , a QR code will be generated for the written handwriting for the phone to scan for download. Internet options determine whether the QR code is a WAN link or a local hotspot link. If it is a local hotspot link, then the mobile phone must be connected to the hotspot emitted by the machine to scan and download. If it is a WAN link, the machine must be connected to the Internet, and the phone can be connected to the Internet (only WeChat is supported). 20 5.3.6 Exit writing When you save the file, you can exit the writing mode with this icon. 5.3.7 Annotation mode When you are browsing a picture, playing a video, opening an Office document, and viewing an external channel with a signal, clicking the icon automatically enter the annotation mode. it will Long press this annotation icon to quickly enter the tablet. 5.4 File The system comes standard with the file browser. After entering more pages, double-click the executable browser icon to enter the file browsing mode. Then automatically classify local or U disk files: images, audio and video, Office documents. 21 5.5 Setting Click the icon to enter the setup menu. On this page, you can set the network, language, and other settings. 22 5.5.1 WIFI Displays the currently available WIFI signal for connection. 5.5.2 Wireless hotspot To open the wireless hotspot, click on Wireless Wi-Fi Hotspot in the Settings Center to open the hotspot. The system will turn on the hotspot to 5G by default. 23 Wireless hotspots are available with 2.4G and 5G frequencies. Try to use 5G hotspots when transferring screens, which can improve transmission efficiency. 5.5.3 Wired network Once wired, wireless will automatically disconnect. In the absence of a wired network, a machine-built hotspot can be used for portable devices to make WIFI connections. 5.5.4 Bluetooth 24 Click the Bluetooth output switch, slide to the right to open Bluetooth, and click Add Accessory to search for Bluetooth. After searching for a Bluetooth device, click on the corresponding Bluetooth device name to link the Bluetooth device for audio playback. 5.5.5 Desktop On the theme page, you can choose your own desktop wallpaper, etc. 25 5.5.6 Language & Input Users can choose the system language and install their favorite input method and set it here. 26 5.5.7 Floating navigation menu 27 The left side can be added to the floating navigation app, the right side is the added navigation app, and up to 6 apps can be added. 5.5.8 Security and privacy Click the Security and Privacy button in the Settings Center to turn on the power-on password lock feature. The first time you need to set the power-on password. 28 The power-on password is an 8-digit alphanumeric password. After booting and restarting, it will enter the power-on password interface first. 29 VI Configuration instruction There are a variety of configurations for the whole machine, please refer to the actual product. 6.1 Standard configuration 1. Bottom input port on the back of the machine 30 6.2 Touch output When the machine receives an HDMI or VGA signal from an external computer, the machine's touch control signals can be output from this "touch out" port, which the user can connect to the computer using a USB cable. After that, the user can operate the computer from the screen of the machine. 31 VII Computer application 7.1 Built-in (option) Click the home icon to enter the OPS computer. At this point, the shortcut menu on the right side is in a collapsed hidden state, and the touch can operate the computer. Click the left triangle icon on the right side of the screen to bring up the shortcut menu on the right. 32 At this point, the touch focus is on the sidebar, and the touch is not passed to the built-in computer. If you need to continue to operate the built-in computer, you need to click the right triangle icon in the shortcut menu of the sidebar to hide the shortcut menu, then the touch focus will fall on the built-in computer. VIII Multi-screen interaction 8.1 Computer interaction This feature is limited to models that support USB wireless transmission. Make sure the 5G hotspot is turned on. Reverse touch back is supported during the screen transfer process. Insert the USB wireless screen transmitter into the USB port of the computer, the system will automatically run the screen program and display the current status at the bottom right of the screen. At this time, the screen light is flashing. When the word Shareable appears on the lower right of the screen, the light of the screen will be always on, indicating that the screen connection is successful.
(Some computer anti-virus programs will intercept the disc auto-run mode, you need to manually select the disc to run, open the screen program.) At this point, press the button of the screen to transfer the screen image to the smart conference tablet. Press the button again, the screen exits and is connected.
