Daimler RSE C2PC DTS Grant Modification Request On behalf of our customer Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe GmbH we hereby apply for modification of Class II Permissive Change DTS Grant for the product Daimler RSE. Justification:

Original 2.4 GHz grant shows only DTS (Digital Transmission System) Equipment Class while the product Daimler RSE has been tested as FHSS for the Bluetooth Classic part and therefore this one falls under DSS equipment class instead. For Bluetooth Classic part a separate DSS grant with subsequent C2PC was issued. Please remove the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) part from the C2PC DTS grant. The product Daimler RSE never had BLE functions. Original DTS grant was also changed via audit mode and the BLE part was removed. As a further step it is needed to update/modify this C2PC DTS grant by removing BLE part. Only WLAN 2.4GHz part should be left in this grant. FCC 731 application form has been corrected accordingly.
