The trademarks and trade names mentioned in this manual belong to their respective companies or organizations. 1 Safety Instruction Before operation of the POS, please read this chapter and teach your kids about this information. For further details, please refer to the safety instructions and announcement. Please dont disassemble the POS and accessories. Never use the POS in rain or other humid environment Warning:
Only authorized agent has access to service the POS. Warning:

(dripping environment) or other objects filled with liquids, such as vases. Do not place the product in a hot environment, heating equipment or direct sunlight. Do not place this product on an unstable stand or table, lest it fall, causing unnecessary damage and personal injury. Do not place heavy or sharp objects on the LCD screen or on the machine. Please use the standard power adapter. We do not responsible for damage to your machine caused by using of the other power adapter When connecting the power cord, make sure that nothing rests on the power cord, and the location where the power cord will not be stepped on or cause to stumble. Please unplug the power cord if not using the POS for a long time. There may be explosion if battery incorrectly replaced. Please replace only with the same type or equivalent type of battery. The battery must not be exposed under sunshine, fire or overheated environment. 2 Cleaning Before cleaning the machine, make sure that the machine is turned off. Do not directly spray cleaning fluids or spilled on the LCD screen or plastic case. Please use a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to clean the LCD screen. If it is difficult to remove stains, use a clean, soft, lint-free; please wipe the screen with alcohol-free ammonia-based cleaner. Please use a soft, dry cloth to clean the plastic case. If the stain is difficult to remove, please use a clean, soft, lint-free cloth, stained with a little ammonia-free non-alcoholic ingredients, and non-abrasive cleaner to wipe the surface of the shell. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the POS. Disclaimer: All authorized dealers do not recommend that you use any cleaners containing ammonia or alcohol to clean the LCD screen or plastic casing. Browsing internet through Wi-Fi or 3G;
Access to online services, such as music and video, social networking services, news, clocks and other services;
Visit thousands of applications from Android market;
View photos;
Take pictures;
Connected by inserting a Micro SD card (sold separately) extended memory;
Connect to Financial Card (magnetic stripe card, IC card, and NFC-enabled card);
Printing. 5 Quick Start Charging the Battery Please put POS to power outlet by standard DC-in power adapter. Note: Playing time may vary from actual due to special use and settings. Startup Long press power key
, for three seconds, you can enter into startup picture. The system enters into screen lock status, please unlock it. Open the screen Screen will be closed on its own when no operation happens. If the screen is closed, short press POWER to open the screen. The screen will be locked. To open it, left slide to unlock and enter into camera, right slide the unlock icon to unlock the screen (showing as below picture). Picture 1 6 Close the Screen (Standby) When screen is open, press POWER key the screen will be closed immediately (standby to save battery power). Shutdown 1. Long press POWER key 2. Shutdown window contains mute mode, airplane mode, reboot mode
, it will popup shutdown window. and shutdown four options. 3. Click Shutdown is the last step. Home Page In main interface, long press the blank and it will popup windows to set wallpaper, folder, widgets, and shortcut. The home page can be extended beyond the wideness of screen to provide more space, which you can put new added shortcuts and widgets. Click the blank space in home page, then slide right or left to extend to the right or left of the screen. In the home page, there are two extended pictures. 7 Create Folder Icon in Desktop 1. Drag the icon to the above of the remove icon, till the icon become red, and then move your finger to delete the icon. 8 Change the Wallpaper of Desktop 1. In home page, long press any blank space in main screen, it will pop up a window to change the wallpaper. 2. Click the gallery or wallpaper gallery to select the wallpaper. Wi-Fi Settings Connect Wi-Fi 1. In the main menu or interface, choose setting application procedure. 2. Click WLAN, open Wi-Fi, POS will automatically search the available Wi-Fi wireless internet as Picture 4. 3. Choose the Wi-Fi internet you want to connect, if it has password, it will popup the password window, enter password, click connect as Picture 5 to use internet. Picture 4 9 Picture 5 4. When POS connect to network, the Wi-Fi icon as Picture 6 will showing on Status Bar, and below the selected internet will show connected. Picture 6 Please turn off Wi-Fi when do not need network in order to prolong battery life. 3G Connect 3G Insert SIM card into card slot,enter the system main interface. 10 Camera In the main interface or desktop, click camera application procedure enter into camera.

wireless and internet setting), click IE browser menu or desktop to enter the IE interface, as Picture 10.
in the main Picture 10 Click address bar to input the website, click start, enter into related webpage, then you can browse the website information, as Picture 11 and you can click the menu you can refresh, save to bookmarks, share page, bookmarks, history and setting the webpage. 14 Photo Gallery Picture 11 application can auto search photos and video files Photo gallery in SD card, and photo gallery will classify these photos and videos in folder. You can apply photo gallery to view and edit photos, set the photos as wallpaper and watch the video. View Pictures 1.Click gallery application in main interface. 2.Enter into gallery, click the folder you want to view. 3.Click the picture you want to view; the system will play it in full screen mode automatically. 4.The pictures can be zoom in and zoom out, put two fingers on the screen, the separate the fingers (gather up the fingers, the picture will be zoom in) or double click the screen. Note: when you browse the pictures, slide left or right to view more pictures. 15 File Manager File manager will copy, cut, delete, rename the documents or the folder in the TF card, it also will share the files, install apk etc In the main menu or desktop, click the document manager icon to enter into documents manager. Save Storage Strongly recommend that you purchase and install a Micro SD card, then operate POS and download multimedia files.
Tip: transmission and storage of multimedia files such as music, pictures and video to the Micro SD card, and avoid these types of files stored on the memory inside - this will save memory to allow you to download more applications. Insert Micro SD Card Kiosk support Micro SD card, Max. 32GB 1. Insert Micro SD card carefully from front side until locked with a click sound. 2. You can visit Micro SD card by choosing the File Manager from application interface. 16 Uninstall and Remove Micro SD Card You can check storage space, micro SD card available space, uninstall micro SD card and remove micro SD card as Picture 13. Safely remove micro SD card 1.Click setting application. 2.Click memory. 3.Click uninstall micro SD card. 4.Now you can carefully press the SD card and remove it safely. Note: Removing micro SD card safely can protect micro SD card and increase its lifetime. Picture 13
Micro SD card can only be inserted from front side, do not insert with strong strength.
Please assure uninstall micro SD card before remove it. 17 Connect kiosk to Computer Picture 14 Kiosk storage configuration Before transmitting documents, you have to conduct storage configuration for your kiosk:
1. Connect the kiosk and computer by USB cable, the reminder column will show the remind information. 2. Open the reminder board; please view the kiosk status and reminder to learn how to open the board. 3. In the reminder board, click the USB Connected, it will as below Picture 15, then click open USB storage configuration. 4. Now the USB is connected successfully. Picture 15 18 Copy the document into memory card 1.Connect the kiosk to computer with USB cable. 2.As kiosk storage configuration, it is connected with computer successfully. 3.Open the My computer in your computer, check the items in removable disc.
4.Copy the documents you need into removable disc. 5.After copying finishes, click shutdown the USB storage configuration to uninstall. Notice: When the kiosk is connected with USB cable, and you open the USB storage configuration, you cant view the memory card through the kiosk. Only after you detach the USB cable, you can view the memory card in the kiosk. Safety Setting Set locked screen Locks the touch screen by unlock icon or password to protect your Kiosk. Note: After setting screen locked, you should enter the pass code each time when you startup or screen is locked Set unlocked picture 1. PClick setting application in main interface. 2. Click safe. 3. Click locked the screen. 4. Choose picture in text setting area. 19 5. Click next following the remind message. 6. The unlocked pattern board pop up, there are nine touch spots, connect 4 points from vertical, horizontal or diagonal direction as Picture 16, move your finger from the screen when finish. The system will record your new unlock pattern. 7. Click continue. 8. When you see the reminder, enter the unlock pattern, then click confirm. Picture 16 Set unlock PIN code 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Click setting application in main interface. Click safe. Click screen locked. Choose PIN in text setting area. Enter new PIN code (numbers) and click continue. Enter new PIN code again and click confirm. 20 Set unlock password 1. Click setting application in main interface. 2. Click safe. 3. Click screen locked. 4. Set password in text setting area. 5. Set new password (letters and numbers) and then click continue. 6. Enter the password again and the click confirm. Unknown source 1. In main interface, click setting. 2. Click safety. 3. Click unknown source, as Picture 17 Picture 17 Nota: Manual installing APK files needs to turn on unknown source. 21 Backup and Reset If your kiosk cannot work properly or screen stopped, it can backup by turn-off and then turn on. If this still not working, then you may need to recovery factory reset, please click reset, as Picture 18, if you need to formulate NAND, please click reset POS. Picture 18 Note: Factory data reset will erase the data stored on the device, so please make sure make the data backup before this operation. 22 Swipe Card and Printer 1.

Picture 24 25 Picture 25 5. Charging Indicator Charging indicator as below picture 26 is in red color when charging, and in green color when fully charged. Picture 26 26 Troubles Shooting 1. Device cannot startup Make sure that the batteries do not run out. AMake sure the power adapter is securely connected. Make sure you are using the standard power adapter. Make sure that the machine was already open. 2. The system is abnormal and cant work. When you install some third party application procedure, it may cause abnormal work, you can press Reset key (next to power port) to reset the system. 3. Device does not recognize the memory card Make sure you insert a certified memory card. Make sure you insert a memory card in correct way. Please try to restart device without remove the memory card. 4. The device has a low battery warning Please charge the device before continues to use while its in low power. 5. Device cant connect to Wi-Fi Make sure the wireless router of internet service can work in normal. Make sure the Wi-Fi is turn-on, and ensure the device and wireless router in certain distance, and no wall or other barrier between them. Ensure the user name and password both correct. 27 6. Device is hot When many application procedures are used in meanwhile or the brightness of screen open to the lightest or under charging, device may feel fever. It is normal. Media Player no sound 7. Unplug the headphones, reconnect. Make sure the headphone jack has been deep into the headphone jack. Volume may be set too low or muted volume is set. Check the volume settings for software. 8. Actual storage capacity less than the specifications described Because the device needs to set aside some space to accommodate system applications and data files, so the actual storage capacity will be less than the standard description on. The printer does not print 9. Temperature of printer core is too high. Paper loading terminal is not 35mm thermal paper. Printer out of paper or printing is not installed or installed backwards. 10. Printer is overheating Immediately stop the printing operation, shutdown, and restart the terminal device later. 28 This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.
