Wireless Interface The sensor/control unit contains a non-replaceable lithium battery and they are radio devices with wireless interface. The product is provided with a Bluetooth interface operating in the 2.4 GHz ISM band. (i.e. 2.4000 - 2.4835 GHz). Disposal of End of Life Sensors and Control Unit and tires The Sensors and Control Unit contain a non-replaceable lithium battery. Disposal instructions for users The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the product or on its packaging indicates that this product shall be collected separately and not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. The end-of-life Sensors and Control Unit shall be disposed of according to any applicable laws and regulation. It is your responsibility to dispose of your end-of-life Sensors and Control Unit
(including batteries) properly and separately from the unsorted municipal waste stream. The separate collection and recycling of your end-of-life Sensors and Control Unit at the time of disposal will help to conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recovered in a manner that protects human health and the environment and supports the reuse and/or recycling of materials the equipment is made of. For more information about where you can drop off your end-of-life Sensors and Control Unit for recovery, please refer to your local relevant entities, such as city office or household waste disposal service. In case a tire reaches its end-of-life, any Sensor must be removed from the tire and disposed of separately and NOT via normal end-of-life tire disposal methods. Waste packaging shall be separately collected in accordance with the applicable local waste collection rules. Lithium batteries contain flammable materials such as lithium, organic solvent and other chemical ingredients. Improper handling of lithium batteries may result in heat generation, fire or explosion, with a risk of personal injury and/or environmental damage.
