Device must be installed and operated to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Users must be provided with instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This device supports LTE of 1.4, 3, 5, 10, 15, and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 2, 4, and 25; LTE of 1.4, 3, 5, and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 12; and LTE of 5, and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 13. The device was tested for QPSK, and 16QAM. This device contains functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for U.S. operations.
