WHATISNOTCOVEREDBYTHISWARRANTY?
ThiswarrantyappliestoPraxisWorksbrandedproductslimitedtocrankarmswhen packagedorsoldwithPraxisWorkshardware.Manufacturers,suppliers,or publishers,otherthanPraxisWorks,mayprovidetheirownwarrantiestoyoubut PraxisWorks,insofaraspermittedbylaw,providestheirproducts"ASIS".Praxis WorksdoesnotwarrantthattheoperationofthePraxisWorksProductwillbe uninterruptedorerrorfree.PraxisWorksisnotresponsiblefordamagearisingfrom failuretofollowinstructionsrelatingtothePraxisWorksProduct'suse.Praxis Works'spublishedguidelinesincludebutarenotlimitedtoinformationcontainedin technicalspecifications,usermanualsandservicecommunications. Thiswarrantydoesnotapply:(a)toconsumableparts,suchasbatteriesor protectivecoatingsthataredesignedtodiminishovertime,unlessfailurehas occurredduetoadefectinmaterialsorworkmanship;(b)tocosmeticdamage, includingbutnotlimitedtoscratchesanddents;(c)todamagecausedbyusewith anotherproduct;(d)todamagecausedbyaccident,impact,abuse,misuse,_re, earthquakeorotherexternalcause;(e)todamagecausedbyoperatingthePraxis WorksProductoutsidePraxisWorks'spublishedguidelines;(f)todamagecaused byservice,modificationsoralterationsperformedbyanyoneotherthanPraxis Worksoran authorizedPraxisWorksServiceProvider(h)todefectscausedbynormalwearand tearorotherwiseduetothenormalagingofthePraxisWorksProduct,or(i)ifany serialnumberhasbeenremovedordefacedfromthePraxisWorksProduct. IMPORTANTRESTRICTION PraxisWorksmayrestrictwarrantyservicetothecountrywhere PraxisWorksoritsAuthorizedDistributorsoriginallysoldthe PraxisWorksProduct.
