This letter is to justify the choice of label location for the device bearing the above FCC ID and IC Number. The location was chosen to be on the reverse of the device underneath the removable wrist strap. The device is relatively small in physical size and has many contoured surfaces. The center of the back of the device is required for end user field identification of unique device Ids. The front side of the device is the side the end user sees during normal operation. Proxxi Technology wants to reserve the front for marketing information (e.g. brand or trademark) and does not want label information on this side. For these reasons the back of the device underneath the removable wrist strap was chosen. For the purpose of cleaning and replacement by the end user, the wrist strap is designed to be easily removed without the use of tools. Once the wrist strap is removed, the label will be visible.
