Approval of this Transmitting device with antenna(s) as shown in this filing is allowed for Grantees products for integration into their host products which is normally operated at 20cm from a persons body. End-users must be provided with specific operating instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance requirements. OEM integration of this device into a host product is not allowed per this application. Third-party Class II applications cannot be used for integrating this device with different host products and/or antenna(s). Alternatively, a separate FCC equipment authorization for new antenna(s) or host devices may be obtained; otherwise, any new host devices will be considered unauthorized equipment.
