The device is compatible with most of video file format, but there are still some differences in format, encoded mode, resolution and code rate etc. It could resulted in some of the videos not being able to play or have playing issues. Our suggestion is to use the third party adapter software for transforming in the PC to the correct format then copy to the device. 6.
