THIS BOX INCLUDES:

TiVo USB WiFI 5 Adapter, 10 Extension Cable, Velcro Button reserved for future use Removable cap SETUP STEP 1: Remove the cap from the USB adapter. STEP 2: Insert the adapter into the USB slot on the back of your TiVo Mini VOX or, for optimal performance, attach the extension cable to the USB adapter and plug the cord into the USB slot on your TiVo Mini VOX. TiVo Wireless Adapter TiVo Mini VOX Extension Cable STEP 3: If using the extension cable, place the USB adapter on top of your TiVo Mini VOX. For best reception, position the adapter as close as possible to your Wi-Fi router. Use the Velcro to secure the adapter. NOTE: If you are setting up your TiVo Mini VOX for the first time, connect the USB adapter before you begin Guided Setup. STEP 4: When prompted to choose a wireless network during setup, select the 5 GHz network (if available) for best performance. TROUBLESHOOTING Having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi or watching video? Here are some helpful tips:

1. Try to access the Internet from other devices connected to your home network. If you cant, follow the steps you routinely use to restore your home network connection. 2. Go to the Network Settings screen and confirm that the correct wireless network name is displayed. If a 5 GHz network is available, be sure that it is the one being used. If necessary, select Change Network Settings to update your network information. 3. Restart your router or cable modem by unplugging the power cord, waiting 10 seconds, then plugging it back in. 4. Restart the TiVo Mini VOX by unplugging it, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging it back in. 5. Check for other possible sources of wireless interference. For example, wireless speakers or other devices operating in the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz range can impact your connection. Limited Warranty TiVo USB WiFi 5 Adapter 90 Days Free Parts and Labor WHO IS COVERED?

You must have proof of purchase to receive warranty service. A sales receipt or other document showing that you purchased the product is considered proof of purchase. WHAT IS COVERED?

TiVo warrants that the wireless adapter will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the limited warranty period described herein. The limited warranty coverage begins the day you purchase the product. For 90 days from the purchase date, the wireless adapter will be replaced with a repaired, renewed or comparable product (at TiVos discretion) if it becomes defective or inoperable. This exchange is done without charge to you for parts and labor (except applicable taxes, if any). You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Contact Customer Support at (877) 367-8486 for exchange. All products, including replacement products, are covered only for the original warranty period. When the warranty on the original product expires, the warranty on the replacement product also expires. WHAT IS EXCLUDED?

Your warranty does not cover:

Any taxes imposed on TiVo for units replaced or repaired under this warranty. Product replacement because of misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or other cause not within TiVos control. Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. (Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.) A product that has been modified or adapted to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed. A product used for commercial or institutional purposes. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP... Please keep your sales receipt or other document showing proof of purchase. Also keep the original box and packing material in case you need to return your product. TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE... If you believe the product is defective, contact Customer Support at (877) 367-8486. A representative will go through a diagnostic checklist with you. If it is determined that the product needs to be exchanged, the representative will give you complete shipping details. All implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this express warranty. Some states (or jurisdictions) do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
