Charging Fully charge the charging case before the first use. To charge, connect the charging case to a USB charger or charging port with the included USB-A to C cable or use a wireless charger to charge the charging case. When the LED Charging indicator on the outside of the charging case turns on white, the case is fully charged. Charging takes about 3.5 hours, offering an additional 5 charges to the earbuds. The earbuds should be stored in the case when not in use. Regular Use After Pairing Once the earbuds are successfully paired with your device, they can be switched on and off as follows:
Open the lid of the charging case, then both earbuds will turn on and connect with your device automatically To turn off, put the earbuds back in the charging case and close the lid, they will begin charging Using the Left/Right Earbud Only Starting with the earbuds in the case:

Please follow the instructions in the Pairing section of this manual. Ive connected the earbuds with my smartphone but cant hear any sound Double-check the volume level on your smartphone and the earbuds. Some smartphones require you to set up the earbuds as an audio output device before the audio can be transmitted. If youre using a music player or other device, please make sure it supports the A2DP profile. The sound isnt very clear or the caller cant hear my voice clearly Adjust the volume on your smartphone and the earbuds. Try moving closer to your smartphone to rule out the possibility of interference or wireless range-related issues. The maximum range is 10m (33ft). However, the actual range depends on environmental factors. For optimal performance, keep your device connected within a range of roughly 4m to 8m and make sure that there are no major obstacles (like reinforced steel walls) between the earbuds and your device.
