1 2 Grant CommentsPower out listed is EIRP above 1 GHz and ERP below 1GHz. Use of this device is limited to mobile and fixed application with distances to the human body greater than 20cm. The product has been evaluated with the antennas Laird DBA6927C1-FSMAF with a peak gain 0.5dBi @ 698MHz-960MHz and 2.2dBi @ 1710MHz-2700MHz and antenna cables with a total loss of 1.6dB @ 2.3GHz. Deviating from this antenna configuration will require assessment of impact according to §2.1043 Changes in certificated equipment. LTE Band 26 is using the range 814-824MHz according to Part90 combined with 824 - 849MHz according to Part 5. For investigation of maximum output power the worst case channels and modes in the combined range have been chosen. For this reason the OBW as per emission designator is exceeding the available spectrum as defined in Part 90.
