Bring the headset to an authorised service centre to repair it or replace the battery. When using your headset while driving, follow local regulations in the country or region you are in. Avoid storage at high temperatures (above 50 C/122 F), such as in a hot vehicle or in direct sunlight, as this can damage performance and reduce battery life. Do not expose the headset or any of its supplied parts to rain or other liquids. At very high volumes, prolonged listening to the headset can damage your hearing. 2 E n g l i s h Your headset overview Ear hook Volume up button Microphone Indicator light Multi-function button Volume down button Left Right Earpiece Reset If your headset responds slowly, stops responding, or freezes, press the reset button on the back of the headset with a pointed tool. Depending on what ear you are going to wear the headset, simply adjust the ear hook accordingly. 3 Charging the headset Put the adapter into the jack on the headset and into the electrical outlet. Charge the headset until the red indicator light turns blue. Do not attempt to charge the headset with anything other than the adapter provided. You can use your headset while charging. Turning the headset on or off To turn the headset on, press and hold the Multi-function button until the blue indicator light flashes 4 times. To turn the headset off, press and hold the Multi-function button until both blue and red indicator lights flash. 4 E n g l i s h Understanding various modes Standby mode: The headset is waiting for a call. The blue indicator light flashes every 3 seconds. Active mode: The headset has a call in progress. The blue indicator light flashes every 8 seconds. Pairing mode: The blue indicator light stays lit. You can discover and connect to your headset on your phone. Low battery mode: There is less than 10% of battery power left. The red indicator light flashes. You must recharge the battery. Pairing with your Bluetooth phone 1 Enter Pairing mode. Turn off your headset and press and hold the Multi-
function button until the blue indicator light remains lit after blinking. If you turn it on for the first time, it proceeds into Pairing mode immediately. 5 2 Search for and pair with your phone according to your phones user guide. (Bluetooth PIN: 0000, 4 zeros) If the pairing is successful, the blue indicator light will flash 10 times rapidly before entering Standby mode. If the blue indicator light remains lit, retry pairing. When the headset and the phone are paired, the headset attempts to reconnect automatically each time it turns on. Otherwise, press the Multi-function button to reconnect. Mode appairage : Le tmoin lumineux bleu reste allum. Vous pouvez utiliser votre tlphone pour dtecter l'oreillette et vous y connecter. Mode de faible charge : La charge restante de la batterie est infrieure 10 %. Le tmoin lumineux rouge clignote. Il est ncessaire de recharger la batterie. Appairage avec votre tlphone Bluetooth 1 Activation du mode appairage. teignez l'oreillette et maintenez la touche multifonctions appuye jusqu' ce que le tmoin lumineux devienne bleu. Lorsque vous allumez votre oreillette pour la premire fois, celle-ci se connecte automatiquement en mode
"appairage". 16 2 Rglez votre tlphone Bluetooth pour qu'il dtecte votre oreillette conformment au mode d'emploi de votre tlphone. Si le tmoin lumineux reste bleu, effectuez une nouvelle tentative d'appairage. Lorsque l'appairage a t ralis, l'oreillette essaie automatiquement de rtablir la connexion chaque mise en marche. Passen Sie den Ohrbgel einfach an das Ohr an, auf dem Sie das Headset tragen mchten. 25 Aufladung des Headsets Stecken Sie das Ladegert in die Buchse am Headset und in eine Steckdose. Laden Sie das Headset, bis die rote Anzeigeleuchte blau wird. Versuchen Sie nicht, das Headset mit etwas anderem als dem zugehrigen Ladegert aufzuladen. Sie knnen das Headset verwenden, whrend es geladen wird. Ein- und Ausschalten des Headsets Halten Sie zum Einschalten des Headsets die Multifunktionstaste gedrckt, bis die blaue Anzeigeleuchte 4 Mal blinkt. 26 Halten Sie zum Ausschalten des Headsets die Multifunktionstaste gedrckt, bis die blaue und die rote Anzeigeleuchte blinken. Bluetooth QD ID: B012977 Informatie over veiligheid en gebruik Haal uw headset nooit uit elkaar en breng er geen wijzigingen in aan. De headset zou daardoor niet meer goed kunnen functioneren of in brand kunnen vliegen. Breng de headset naar een erkend Samsung service center voor reparatie of om de batterij te vervangen. Houd u aan de geldende wetten van het land waar u zich bevindt, wat betreft het gebruik van headsets in het verkeer. Bewaar de headset niet bij hoge temperaturen (boven 50 C), zoals in een hete auto of in direct zonlicht. Dat kan de prestaties negatief benvloeden en de levensduur van de batterijen verkorten. Stel de headset en de meegeleverde accessoires niet bloot aan regen of andere vloeistoffen. Uw gehoor kan bij langdurige blootstelling aan een hoog volume door een headset worden beschadigd. 35 N e d e r l a n d s Overzicht van de headset Oorhaak Knop voor volume omhoog Microfoon Indicatielampje Multifunctionele knop Knop voor volume omlaag Links Left Rechts Right Luistergedeelte Reset Als de headset langzaam reageert, niet meer reageert of vastloopt, drukt u met een puntig voorwerp op de resetknop op de achterkant van de headset. Pas de oorhaak aan aan het oor waarop u de headset draagt. 36 De headset opladen Sluit de adapter aan op het aansluitpunt op de headset en op een stopcontact. Laad de headset op totdat het rode indicatielampje blauw wordt. Gebruik alleen de meegeleverde adapter voor het opladen van de headset. Tijdens het opladen kan de headset worden gebruikt. De headset in- of uitschakelen Schakel de headset in door de multifunctionele knop ingedrukt te houden totdat het indicatielampje 4 keer blauw knippert. Schakel de headset uit door de multifunctionele knop ingedrukt te houden totdat het indicatielampje rood en blauw knippert. N e d e r l a n d s 37 De verschillende standen Standby-stand: De headset wacht op een gesprek. Het indicatielampje knippert om de 3 seconden blauw. Actieve stand: Er wordt een gesprek gevoerd via de headset. Het indicatielampje knippert om de 8 seconden blauw. Koppelstand: Het indicatielampje brandt blauw. U kunt uw headset zoeken en een verbinding met uw telefoon tot stand brengen. Batterij bijna leeg: De batterijsterkte is gedaald tot minder dan 10%. Het indicatielampje knippert rood. De batterij moet worden opgeladen. Koppelen aan de Bluetooth-telefoon 1 Activeer de koppelstand. Schakel de headset uit en houd de multifunctionele toets ingedrukt totdat het indicatielampje na een aantal keer knipperen blauw blijft branden. 38 De eerste keer dat de headset wordt ingeschakeld, gaat deze automatisch over naar de koppelstand. 2 Volg de aanwijzingen in de gebruiksaanwijzing van de telefoon om de headset te zoeken en te koppelen.
(Bluetooth-pincode: 0000, 4 nullen) Als het koppelen is voltooid, knippert het indicatielampje snel 10 keer blauw, waarna de headset overgaat naar de standby-stand. Blijf proberen om te koppelen als het indicatielampje blauw blijft branden. Als de headset en de telefoon zijn gekoppeld, probeert de headset telkens als deze wordt ingeschakeld een verbinding tot stand te brengen. Druk als dit niet gebeurt op de multifunctionele toets om verbinding te maken. N e d e r l a n d s 39 Belfuncties gebruiken Bepaalde functies worden mogelijk niet door uw telefoon ondersteund. Garantie en vervanging van onderdelen Samsung garandeert dat dit product gedurende een periode van n jaar vanaf de oorspronkelijke aanschafdatum vrij is van materiaaldefecten en ontwerp- en constructiefouten.

Als dit product tijdens de garantieperiode defect blijkt te zijn bij normaal gebruik en onderhoud, dient u het product te retourneren aan de leverancier waarbij het oorspronkelijk is gekocht, of aan een erkend Samsung service center. De verantwoordelijkheid van Samsung en door haar aangewezen onderhoudsbedrijf is beperkt tot de kosten van herstel en/of vervanging van het onder de garantie vallende onderdeel. De garantie geldt alleen voor de oorspronkelijke koper. 41 N e d e r l a n d s Voor service die onder de garantie valt, is een kopie van de aankoopbon of een ander bewijs van aanschaf vereist. De garantie geldt niet wanneer het serienummer, het datumcodelabel of het productlabel is verwijderd, of als het product heeft blootgestaan aan fysiek geweld, onjuiste aanpassing van de installatie of reparatie door niet-goedgekeurde derden. Specifiek van de garantie uitgesloten zijn verbruiksartikelen met een beperkte levensduur, zoals batterijen en andere accessoires. Samsung is niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies of beschadiging tijdens het verzenden. Alle herstelwerkzaamheden aan Samsung-producten door niet-
goedgekeurde derden, hebben het vervallen van de garantiebepalingen tot gevolg. 42 Correcte verwijdering van dit product
(Elektrische & elektronische afvalapparatuur) Dit merkteken op het product of het bijbehorende informatiemateriaal duidt erop dat het niet met ander huishoudelijk afval verwijderd mag worden aan het einde van zijn gebruiksduur.
