C2PC to allow use in specific tablet PC (Samsung Model XE500T1C, FCC ID:A3LXE500T1C-N) with portable rf exposure conditions and collocation with WLAN and Bluetooth transceiver. The radiated powers for operations in the 824-849MHz and 1850-1910MHz bands are 0.486W eirp and 0.537 W respectively. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Grantee shall insure that the end user has no instructions to remove or install this module. SAR compliance for host-specific portable use conditions has been evaluated as described in this permissive change filing; the highest reported SAR values for body, product specific (hot spot) and simultaneous exposure conditions are 1.31 W/kg, 1.31 W/Kg and 1.49 W/Kg respectively. This device is authorized for use only as a part of the specific system configuration; use in other or modified configurations, if any, requires application filing for Class II permissive change or new FCC ID. This device contains GSM functions that are not operational in the U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for U.S. operations.
