1 2 3 4 5 Grant CommentsThis C2PC adds a) portable SAR for the PIFA antenna to establish minimum antenna to user distances at a maximum SAR value less than 0.8 W/kg (1g) for mixed mobile/portable conditions according to KDB 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06 and KDB 616217 D04 for Laptop and Tablets v01, b) adds two mobile antennas (monopole and dipole), c) and identifies the minimum CBP value allowed for the 6 GHz band. Power Output listed is conducted. Modular Approval filing. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Grantee must provide installation and operating instructions for complying with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Only those antenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. End-users and installers must be provided with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. SAR testing was performed to demonstrate portable RF compliance for the PIFA antenna. For 38mm SKU: The highest reported Body and Simultaneous SAR values are 0.17 W/kg and 1.59 W/kg respectively. This module is approved in portable configurations with PIFA reference antenna (2.95 dBi) at 38mm minimum test separation distance. This filing meets MPE requirements of KDB 447498 and can be used in mobile configurations for the following reference antennas: PIFA reference antenna (2.95 dBi), Dipole reference antenna (2.95 dBi) and Monopole reference antenna (2.83 dBi).
