The OEM integrator shall be provided with instructions for the conditions under which this module may be integrated into the host to meet the the applicable FCC rules. Instructions must not be provided to end user on how to install or remove this module from the host. The highest reported SAR for Head, Body and simultaneous transmission are: 0.27 W/kg, 1.12 W/kg and 1.12 W/kg respectively. Output power listed is conducted. This device contains functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for US operations. Approval is limited to OEM installation only. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be colocated or operated in conjunction with any antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi- transmitter product procedures. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss must not exceed values as documented in this filing for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Part 22H and 24E and 27. The final product operating with this transmitter must include operating instructions and antenna installation instructions, for end-users and installers to satisfy RF exposure compliance requirements.
