(Wake to Buzzer/Radio) Your new Timex Clock includes a built-in battery backup system that will maintain the time and alarm settings during a temporary power interruption. Remove the battery pull tab located on the bottom of the unit. When the Low Backup Battery Icon glows on the display, it is time to the replace the backup battery. Backup Battery Setting the Time 1. Keep unit connected to AC power when replacing the battery, or you will lose settings. 2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to open the battery backup compartment door located on the bottom of the unit. 3. Remove exhausted battery and replace with a fresh CR-2032 battery, making sure the + side is facing up. 4. Replace the battery compartment door. Do not overtighten the screw. Product Care Press and hold the Time Set Button. SET SET Battery Backup Compartment Press and release the Minus Button (-) repeatedly to adjust the hour. Press and release the Plus Button (+) repeatedly to adjust the minute. NOTE: The PM indicator will light on the display when the hour is set for PM. There is no AM indicator. A protective film is attached to the front of the display. It can be removed by peeling it off. Place the unit on a level surface away from sources of direct sunlight or excessive heat. Protect your furniture when placing your unit on a natural wood and lacquered finish. A cloth or other protective material should be placed between it and the furniture. Stronger cleaning agents, such as Benzene, thinner or similar materials can damage the surface of the unit. 3 Press the Time Set Button to confirm settings. 4 1 2 3 Connecting to Power Source Connect the included AC adapter to the DC jack located on the back of the unit and connect the other end to a working wall outlet. RESETTING AN ALARM TO COME ON THE NEXT DAY ON / OFF To silence a sounding alarm and reset it come on the next day at the same time, press and release the Power/Alarm Reset Button. SNOOZING THE ALARM Press and release the Snooze Button when the alarm sounds to silence it for 9 minutes. * Back You can set up a sleep timer to automatically shut off the radio at a scheduled time. To do so:
1. Press the Power/Alarm Reset Button to turn on FM radio. 2. Press and release the Minus Button (-) or Plus Button (+) to select a radio station. (Press and hold to quickly scroll through the stations.) 3. Press the Sleep Mode Button repeatedly to select a sleep period between 10-90 minutes, or OFF. Wireless Charging Supports:

Connect the standard size end of a USB cable (not included) to the USB port on the back of the unit. Connect the other end to the charging port on your device.
(Make sure the unit is plugged into a working outlet in order to charge devices.) (Press and hold to quickly scroll through the stations.) HOW TO PROGRAM FM RADIO PRESETS You can store up to 10 FM presets by following these steps:
1. Press the Power/Alarm Reset Button to turn on FM radio. 2. Press and release the Minus Button (-) or Plus Button (+) to select a radio station. (Press and hold to quickly scroll through the stations.) 3. Press and hold the Time Set/FM Presets Button. The display will flash. 4. Press and release the Minus Button (-) or Plus Button (+) to choose a preset position between P01-P10. 5. Press the Time Set/FM Presets Button again to confirm the preset station. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 to set up to 10 preset stations. When listening to FM radio, repeatedly press the Time Set/FM Presets Button to access your stored stations. Troubleshooting 1. The unit does not power ON. The unit is not connected to AC outlet, the AC outlet has no power, or is controlled by a wall switch that is OFF. Check AC outlet and wall switch. 2. Alarm does not come on. The alarm time AM or PM incorrectly set, Alarm was OFF, etc. Check alarm settings. 3. Unit shuts Off unexpectedly. a. A power surge has occurred, or the AC outlet has been disconnected. b. The AC outlet may be controlled by a wall switch that is turned OFF. Check AC outlet or wall switch. 8 Limited 90 Day Warranty Information Timex Audio Products, a division of SDI Technologies Inc.
