In the case of negligent breach of essential contractual ob-
ligations, Sennheiser is liable up to the amount of the fore-

In addition, Sennheiser is liable for damage resulting from grossly negligent or intentional behavior, insofar as the damage relates to the life, body or health of a person or if Sennheiser has provided a guarantee for the performance of duties or if liability is determined by the product liability act. This Agreement is effective until terminated. The termi-

Diese Vereinbarung ist wirksam bis zu deren Kndigung. Die Kndigung kann durch die vollstndige und vorbehaltlose Deinstallation und Lschung der Software bzw. Zerstrung Ihrer betreffenden Datentrger oder Auerbetriebnahme des Gertes erfolgen. Seitens Sennheiser wird diese Verein-
barung unmittelbar und ohne eine darauf bezogene Nach-
richt an Sie beendet, sobald Sie gegen eine der nach dieser Vereinbarung fr Sie bestehenden Pflichten verstoen. In jedem Fall der Beendigung dieser Vereinbarung mssen Sie die Software deinstallieren und alle Kopien hiervon dauer-
