Quick troubleshooting 1.Can not access to TD10's WiFi network Please check whether the selected SSID is the same as the WiFi SSID of TD10, and check whether the entered WiFi password is correct. 2.Connected to TD10 WiFi but can't access internet Check the TD10 network indicator. When the indicator is red, it indicates a network failure, please check if you have a suitable data package. When the indicator light is yellow, it indicates weak network signal, please change the location and try again. When the white light is flashing, the device is undergoing firmware upgrade, please wait patiently for the firmware upgrade to complete. Please do not cut off the power of the device during the firmware upgrade process, and the device will automatically restart and provide service after the upgrade is completed.
