Body-worn operations are restricted to ones that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 1.0 cm separation between the device and the user's body. The highest reported SAR for head, body-worn accessory, and simultaneous transmission use conditions are < 0.1 W/kg, 0.27 W/kg, and 0.92 W/kg, respectively. This device is restricted to indoor-only use for the 5150.0 - 5250.0 MHz band. This device complies with the Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) requirements of Report and Order FCC 06-96 as a Client only without Radar Detection. This device supports 20MHz, 40MHz & 80MHz channel bandwidth operation.
