Operational Instruction

Connect this product to a power supply with the included Micro USB charging cable. The red indicator light indicates that the product is in standby state.

Place your mobile device in the center of the product's charging area. The blue indicator light blinks to indicate that the product is wirelessly charging your device. a) Note: If the indicator light of this product flashes red and blue, it means that the foreign object detection function is activated, please remove any other items that may interfere with charging, and relocate your device to the product charging area. b) Frequently Asked Questions: Not all mobile devices support wireless charging. Please refer to the instructions of your device or search online to ensure that your device supports the wireless charging function. c) This product has no built-in battery, so it must be connected to a power source to wirelessly charge other mobile devices. The protective case of the mobile phone will affect the normal wireless charging efficiency of this product. Please try to avoid the protective cover of the mobile phone from exceeding 1.5mm thickness. Please use a USB 3.0 fast charge protocol power 9V adapter with an output of 2 amps or more to ensure the best performance of this product with 10W power. If you are using an ordinary 5V power adapter, it can only charge 5W power. If it is powered by a computer port, please know that the maximum output current of the USB 2.0 port is 0.5 amps and the maximum output current of the USB 3.0 port is 0.9 amps; therefore, the computer cannot power the device normally.
