All qualified end-users of this device must have the knowledge to control their exposure conditions and/or duration to comply with Occupational/Controlled Exposure limit and also have control of the exposure conditions of bystanders for complying with General Population/Uncontrolled exposure limit. A label, as described in this filing, must be displayed on the device to direct users to specific training information for meeting Occupational Exposure Requirements. The antennas used for this transmitter must be vehicle-mounted and must be installed to provide the configurations and separation distances of at least 70 cm as described in this filing. RF exposure compliance was evaluated using a 0 dBi vehicle-mount antenna.
