The customized MOZA Genie APP for Mini MX can help you make better use of the various functions of the gimbal. 2. Please routinely check for the latest version of the MOZA Genie app. Make sure you have set to automatic update on your mobile smartphone. Mounting and Balancing Folded Status 180 Unlock the gimbal as shown in illustration Place the mobile phone in the phone holder with its camera facing outwards. Adjust the phone holder to keep the phone leveled in a natural state. Charging 1. The MOZA Mini MX has a built-in lithium battery. Before rst use, fully charge it to condition the battery to ensure smooth operation. 2. When the power indicator starts ashing, the battery level is less than 20%. Please charge it in time. 3. With a universal Type-C port, Mini MX can be charged by both phone charger and power bank. 2 4. The battery will automatically stop charging when it gets fully charged. The red indicator goes off. Please disconnect the charger. Long press the function button for 3s to power on the gimbal, turn on the Bluetooth of the phone, launch the MOZA Genie App. Click the Bluetooth icon in the main interface of MOZA Genie App to search for connectable devices, select the device with the connection prex as Mini MX. After successful connection, the gimbal will automatically enter the shooting interface. Mini MX Activation Enter the APP main interface to select the gimbal to be connected, the activation prompt box pops up, click Activate. After the activation is completed, the gimbal will work normally. If activation fails, please try to reactivate, if it fails again, please follow the prompts to contact customer service. 1. Ensure that the battery is fully charged. If not, please charge the battery via the USB Type-C charging port on the right side of the handle. 2. Mount a compatible mobile phone, and balance the gimbal according to the manual or instructional video. 3. Press and hold the Fn button 3s to start the gimbal, open the MOZA Genie App, click the Bluetooth icon in the main interface, and search for connectable devices. Follow the instructions to activate the device then you can use it. 2.What should I do if the gimbal can not be turned on and the first power indicator flashes?
It may be a software error. Try to restart the stabilizer. If it has been calibrated and the calibration is wrong, please recalibrate. 3 What should I do if the gimbal enters standby mode shortly after start?
If the third power indicator flashes
(from top to bottom), it means the gimbal is in low battery, you just need to charge the gimbal; if the power indicator does not flash, it means the gimbal is overload or seriously unbalanced, it is recommended to reduce the load or re-balance the gimbal. 5 4 How to quickly enter standby mode?
When the roll motor is locked, or when the tilt motor is locked, the gimbal will enter standby mode 5 How to deal with abnormal phenomena such as jitter after the mobile phone is mounted?
6 What should I do if there is a disconnection problem with the Bluetooth?
Check first if the gimbal is well balanced, please refer to the manual or instructional video to re-mount and re-balance the gimbal; then make calibration,restart the stabilizer after the calibration is successful. The gimbal cannot be searched:
1. The Bluetooth of the mobile phone is not turned on, turn on the Bluetooth;
2. The gimbal is charging with a non-original charging cable, connect the Bluetooth after charging cable is disconnected;
3. Bluetooth problem of the gimbal Bluetooth connection timeout:

Due to compatibility issues, delays may occur. It is highly recommended to use the MOZA Genie App to maximize its feature and smooth filming. 8 What can I do if the gimbal firmware upgrade fails?
1. Upgrade stops at 3%, try to restart the gimbal and reconnect the APP. 2. Upgrade stops at 15%, which means a download verification error, try to change the network or upgrade in another time. 3. The gimbal can not be turned on but can be connected to Bluetooth, or upgrade stops in other stages, try to reset the gimbal with the Reset button (the small hole below the Fn button) and upgrade again. 5 FCC Warning:
