@Arm delays. It will take minutes to arm thus you have time to leave the monitoring area. No/Lost Wi-Fi connection. a. Only 2.4GHz is available. 5GHz is not supported. b.Please check whether Wi-Fi password you entered is correct. c. Keep the sensor within router-enabled range (less than 30m/98ft is suggested). d.Please keep as less as obstacles between the router and the sensor. The sensor doesn't work. a. The interval between two triggers should be more than 5 minutes. b.Make sure the insulation sheet is pulled out. c. Check whether the battery is low. 13 d.Please check the cable and plug if your sensor is USB powered. e. Please adjust the sensor's position as mentioned above (Notice in Installing the Motion Sensor). Delayed alarm notification/App failed to upload photos. a. Check whether Wi-Fi and your phone signal are stable. b. Make sure Govee Homeis allowed in your phone. c. Keep the sensor and router as close as possible. d.Keep as less as obstacles between the router and the sensor. Al Recognition turns off automatically. a. Al Recognition turns off automatically once its number of times has reached to the upper limit. b.Please adjust the sensor's position as mentioned above (Notice in Installing the Motion Sensor). Warning Please take out the battery if the sensor is powered by USB or not used for a long time. Please ensure the installation is stable enough to prevent the sensor from falling.
