Pairing Lost Solution 1 Tap the left and right earbuds simultaneously five times to reset them, place them back into the charging case, then take it out to repair them. Solution 2 (if solution 1 fails) Tap the left earbud six times, then tap the right earbud six times to clear the earbuds mutual pairing records. Return both earbuds to the charging case and take them out againthey will automatically re-pair, which may take 10 to 60 seconds. 2. Earbuds Fail to Charge Charge the charging case fully first, then check if it can power the earbuds normally. Wipe the charging contact pins on both the earbuds and charging case with a cotton swab (dampened with rubbing alcohol for best results). 3. Unable to Disconnect Bluetooth Issue: The earbuds remain connected to your phone even after placing them inside the closed charging case Charge the charging case for a period of time, then test if the disconnection function works.
