When the enduser finds the wireless mouse doesnt work, please check:
1. Whether the battery i s used out, i f yes, please replace with new battery;
2. If the led o n mouse bottom i s off, please d o the following steps t o recovery the default setting (automatic pairing):
Step one: unplug and plug again the nano receiver onto a n available USB port o f computer, Step two: make the wireless mouse close t o the nano receiver (within 1 0 cm), t ake out the battery and install the battery again inside the Battery compartm ent, i f we find the Led o n the mouse bottom on, w e can start using the wireless mouse again. 1.Without using the mouse for 1 minute, the mouse will g o into sleep mode level1.You can move i t to wake u p the mouse. The Red LED i s still on. 2. Without using the mouse for 1-8 minutes, the mouse will g o into sleep mode level 2 . You can move i t to wake u p the mouse. The Red LED keep flashing. 3.Without using the mouse for more than 8 minutes, the mouse will g o into deep sleep mode. The LED turn o ff automatically. Nano receiver State o f standby and wake u p the mouse Without any clicks o r scroll movement for 8 minutes, the mouse will g o Model: M6AG into standby mode. Click any button o r scroll the wheel t o wake u p the mouse. Under this economize mode, the optical Red LED will turn o f automatically a nd the mouse wont respond b y moving it.
