Final antenna installation and operating configurations of this transmitter including antenna gain and cable loss must not exceed the EIRP requirements of 25.214(d). The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be fixed-mounted on outdoor permanent structures. Site-by-site basis requires RF exposure compliance be addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-location requirements of §1.1307 (b)(3). Blanket license operation of SDARS terrestrial repeaters requires operators to maintain demonstration of compliance with part 1, subpart I, of this chapter and make such demonstrations available to the Commission upon request within three business days.
