1 2 3 4 Grant CommentsOutput power listed is conducted. This grant is valid only when the module is sold to OEM integrators and must be installed by the OEM or OEM integrators. This module can only be used with a host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided. The antenna of this transmitter must provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. Installers and end-users must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions and instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The final product operating with this transmitter must include operating instructions and antenna installation instructions, for end-users and installers to satisfy RF exposure compliance requirements. The maximum antenna gain including cable loss for compliance with radiated power limits, RF exposure requirements and the categorical exclusion requirements of 2.1091 is 9.0 dBi for LTE FDD 2 frequency band, 6.0 dBi for LTE FDD 4 frequency band, 7.1 dBi for LTE FDD 5 frequency band, 6.6 dBi for LTE FDD 12 frequency band, 6.9 dBi for LTE FDD 13 frequency band, 6.9 dBi for LTE FDD 14 frequency band, 6.6 dBi for LTE FDD 17 frequency band, 9.0 dBi for LTE FDD 25 frequency band, 7.0 dBi for LTE FDD 26 frequency band and 6.0 dBi for LTE FDD 66 frequency band. Multi-transmitter, supporting simultaneous transmission configurations, have not been evaluated and shall be evaluated according to KDB Publication 447498 and §2.947(f) composite system and §2.1 end product terms and concepts. Compliance of this device in all final product configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. Installation of this device into specific final products may require the submission of a Class II permissive change application containing data pertinent to RF Exposure, emissions and host/module authentication, or new application if appropriate. This device contains functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for U.S. operations. Class II permissive change for portable use in the host, FCC ID: 2AXHH-LT3A and co-located with FCC ID: 2ABPY-5B9198 only with the bands and operational duty cycles defined in this application.
