After installing the Helium HNT Wallet and Sonoc Hotspots applications, first use Helium HNT Wallet to register a Helium account and remember the wallet address. If the user already has an account, skip this step. 12 mnemonic phrases will be generated when registering a Helium account, it is very important, please write it down for the next login. 3. Using your mnemonic phrase, log into your Helium account at Helium HNT Wallet and deeplink into the Sonoc Hotspots app. OnBoarding 1. After assembling the device, connect it to the router through a network cable, and power on until the device LED turns green. 2. Query the IP of the device through the DHCP function of the router, enter the queried IP in the computer browser, and the browser will open the built-in WEB interface of the device. 3. When the user logs in the WEB interface for the first time, it will jump to the wizard page. a. Modify the WEB interface password b. Select the network, scan for WiFi, select the specified WiFi, enter the password, and click
"Connect" to complete the network connection. You can skip this step when using a wired network. When choosing WiFi to connect to the upper-level router, the user will not need to connect the Ethernet cable, making the installation more flexible. c. Check the network status. Either wired or wireless is connected. d. Enter your wallet address, click the button "Generate" the helium QR code, and use the QR code to onboarding in the Sonoc Hotspots application. e. Click "Network Complete" to end the wizard page. 4. When the user has logged in the device before, jump to the login page. a. Enter the user's password. b. Select the "Helium QRCode" menu, enter your wallet address, click the button "Generate"

Scan the QR code generated in step 3d or 4b with the Sonoc Hotspots app. Follow the instructions of Sonoc Hotspots to onboarding. After the operation is completed, you will see the device you added in the app after a while. 6. Assert your location using the Sonoc Hotspots app. Select the device whose location needs to be assert, click "Hotspot Settings", and select "Update Hotspot". Follow the prompts from Sonoc Hotspots to assert your location. After the operation is completed, wait a moment and you will see the geographic location of the device in the app. If the user has already assert the location in step 5, this step can be skipped. 7. Onboarding is successful. LED The device has a three-color light to indicate the working state of the device at this time, but it can only indicate one state at the same time.
