INSTRUCTION MANUAL SC-192 Portable Bluetooth Speaker Please read the following user manual carefully before use :
1 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Check that the voltage marked on the rating label matches your main voltage. Avoid extreme degrees of temperature, either hot or cold. Place the unit well away from heat sources such as radiators or gas/electric fires. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and other sources of heat. To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or product damage, do not expose and/or while charging the unit to extreme weather conditions such as storm, lightning and heavy rain. Always disconnect the unit from the mains supply before Connecting / disconnecting other devices or moving the unit. Next/Volume+ 8. Reset button 3 Contents 1 x EL175 Bluetooth speaker 1 x Micro USB cable 1 x AUX cable 1 x User manual. Charge EL175 BT speaker 1. Connect to a PC/Laptop/Mac or any 5V USB adaptor with the USB cable included. 2. The red LED will turn ON when charging, and turn OFF when fully charged. 3. Unplug the USB cable when fully charged. Note: The red LED will flash and make a sound when the battery power is low (<21%). Starting/ Turnoff/ Reset EL175 BT speaker 1. After fully charged, long press the POWER button to turn on the speaker. 2. EL175 BT speaker is in standby mode after power-on, blue LED blinks quickly. 3. EL175 BT speaker turn itself off for power-saving purposes if left idle for 5 minutes. 4. To manually turn off EL175 BT speaker, long press the POWER button again. 5. There is prompt music after EL175 is turned on. 6. When EL175 BT Speaker is not operated, pls press reset button to re-boot EL175. Pairing with Bluetooth enabled devices
(Mobile phones/Tablets etc.) 1. Keep the speaker and device within 10 meter of each other. 2. Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the speaker, the LED indicator will blink quickly in blue while the speaker enters search mode. 3. Start the Bluetooth function on your mobile device and look for EL175 in the Bluetooth device list
(depending on the Bluetooth version of your device you may have to enter pass code 0000). 4. After successfully connecting, the LED will change to solid blue with prompt music. 4 Note:
1. If the pairing was not successful, turn off the speaker and re-pair again. 2. After successful pairing, paired devices will remember each other so there is no need to pair again unless pairing information is deleted. 3. To pair with a new device, just follow steps 1-4 above after UN-pairing the existing device. Re-connecting to a paired device If the speaker does not connect to the last used device automatically, then you will need to select it manually from the list of devices on your mobile device. Pair EL175 BT speaker with a different device First disconnect with existing device by either long pressing the BLUETOOTH button or switching off Bluetooth connection of the existing device, and then pair with other device following the above steps 1-4 . Hands-free phone calls, make sure mobile phone is paired. 1. Press the BLUETOOTH button to answer an incoming phone call. 2. Press BLUETOOTH button again to end a call. 3. Use the Volume+/- buttons to change the volume of the call. 4. Short press BLUETOOTH button twice to recall the last call. Play/Pause 1. When speaker is playing music, short press the BLUETOOTH button to pause. 2. Press the BLUETOOTH button again to continue play. Volume +/- and Previous/Next 1. Control volume via the Bluetooth device itself. 2. Short press the Volume +/- buttons to increase/decrease volume. 3. Long press the Volume +/- buttons to go to Next or Previous track. 4. There is prompt music when volume is at max or min. 5 Connecting external devices (AUX port) You can connect any music device to the EL175 BT speaker via the AUX port using the included cable. The Bluetooth will not functional while connected with the AUX cable. Reset In case the press buttons do not operate properly, press the RESET button located beside the USB port using a needle or other sharp object. Notes for disposal The batteries used with this product contain chemicals that are harmful to the environment. To preserve our environment, dispose of this product according to your local laws or regulations.
