Purpose This document describes the installation process of the DeWalt Bluetooth Drill Module, N457147J. Notice: Installation of this module may only be performed by a qualified Stanley Black & Decker Installer. Installation is not a field upgrade and must be done at the manufacturing facility of the end-product tool. To comply with the FCC and Industry Canada RF exposure limits for general population/uncontrolled exposure, the antenna used in the module must be installed as to provide a separation distance of at least 5 mm from all persons and must not be operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. If the module is used in a multi-transmitter or simultaneous transmission host then the module must be evaluated and approved to one of the host platform exposure conditions (Mobile, Portable, or Mixed Mobile and Portable exposures).
