Q: Scan bind device failed A: Please confirm that the current router WIFI network environment is 2.4G or 2.4G/5G dual-channel, do not use router WIFI 5G single-channel mode. Q: WIFI network environment change (including device location change, WIFI change of name, password change), do you need to rebind the device?
A: Need. Please open the phone APP, and click on "Settings", select "change device WiFi access Information", re-scan the QR code of the device, and follow the "D, device binding" operation. Q:Can the device be powered on for a long time or need to be restarted periodically?
A: Power up for a long time, but it is recommended that the device power up and the router be turned off and restarted every 7 to 10 days to make sure the network is connected properly. Q:Can the equipment be put under a Simmons mattress?
A:Yes, it's recommended under the Simmons mattress. Equipment sensing detection depth of up to 40 cm, Simmons mattress thickness is generally about 28 cm, does not affect the normal use. Q:Can the alarm parameter range be set by itself?
A: Yes. Q: Whether Sleeping on side affects the normal use of products?
ASleeping posture had no effect on product monitoring and data. As long as the scope of the monitor pad, side sleep, lying down can be normal detection. Q: Can a device be shared between two people?
A: No.One device per user is recommended to ensure the accuracy of the data. For double beds, it is recommended to purchase two devices to be used separately, keeping the 10-30cm between the two devices. Q: How long can the monitoring data be maintained?
