Portions of this SOFTWARE and third party applications such as media players use DRM to play Secure Content ("DRM Software"). If the DRM SOFTWARE's security has been compromised, owners of Secure Content ("Secure Content Owners") may request that MS revoke the DRM SOFTWARE's right to copy, display and/or play Secure Content. Revocation does not alter the DRM SOFTWARE's ability to play unprotected content. A list of revoked DRM SOFTWARE is sent to your computer whenever you download a license for Secure Content from the Internet. Single DEVICE. The DEVICE Software is licensed with the DEVICE as a single integrated product. The DEVICE Software installed in read only memory ("ROM") of the DEVICE may only be used as part of the DEVICE.

Single EULA. The package for the DEVICE may contain multiple versions of this EULA, such as multiple translations and/or multiple media versions (e.g., in the user documentation and in the software). However, there are limitations to how long a battery can operate or be stored before needing replacement.
