The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be used to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. End-users must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This device has 1.4/3/5/10/15/20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE band 4 and 5/10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE band 13. The maximum antenna gain including cable loss in a mobile only exposure condition must not exceed: 5 dBi in LTE Band 4 and 9 dBi in LTE Band 13. This device contains functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for U.S. operations.
