User Manual NE201 Operating the Bracelet The eNestdevice includes an ergonomic and stylish silicone bracelet. This bracelet can be paired with main unit through RF technology, so user can easily reach for help by having an easier access to the SOS button at all times. The use of this bracelet is totally optional by the user. 8.1 Pairing your Bracelet with eNEST main unit The bracelet and the main unit communicate through RF technology, so in order to pair both devices they must be placed next to each other. Main unit must be switched ON to proceed with pairing and bracelet must be OFF (see 8.5 Turning bracelet off) Put device and bracelet close (15 cm range), then press any button of the bracelet for at least 5 seconds, bracelet will start blinking blue. Wait for the main unit to show the pairing confirming screen. By pressing the Right Side Key of the device the pairing process will be completed, and a Confirmation Screen will be shown on the device. Right after that, the bracelet LED Light will blink once blue and once green. 8.2 Bracelet Status Once the bracelet is paired, user can check bracelet status at any time by either looking at the Status Screen on the main unit, or by short pressing any button of the bracelet and checking the LED color. If second blink is red then bracelet and device are not within range In case bracelet battery is running low you will see two red blinks before the status sequence If no LED color blinks on the bracelet when short pressing any of its buttons, means bracelet is off or out of battery 8.3 Bracelet Working Range Once main unit and bracelet are paired, the working range will depend on the environmental conditions and surroundings. Normal working standards for open spaces will allow a separation up to 35 meters, yet it is recommended for the user to keep both main unit and bracelet in the proximity. 8.4 Sending an Emergency Signal with Bracelet By pressing both Side Buttons of the Bracelet at the same time for at least 3 seconds, a SOS message will be sent through the main unit with distress signal and location information to the pre-defined emergency contact numbers and/or call center. Once the Emergency Signal has been activated, the bracelet LED light will blink BLUE and then it will blink green several times to indicate that the device has received the message. If delivery failure occurs, the LED light will blink RED several times. 8.5Turning off the bracelet Bracelet can be turned off to save battery or to start a pairing procedure. This can be achieved by pressing one side button of the Bracelet at least 3 seconds.
