1 2 Grant CommentsIn this Class II permissive change filing, device was tested in a specific multifunctional digital system as indicated in the filing. This device must be installed by Toshiba TEC or by Toshiba TEC authorized OEM dealers. Toshiba TEC has to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons. This device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except under the following conditions. For operation in mobile exposure conditions, this device may be co-located without separate equipment authorization only in host products manufactured by the Grantee and OEMs authorized by the Grantee and for which the collocated transmitter has been authorized with this transmitter. For operation in portable exposure conditions, this device may be collocated only in host products manufactured by the Grantee and OEMs authorized by the Grantee. And, a separate equipment authorization will required for this device to be collocated with another authorized dominant transmitter.
