The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures or as shown in this filing. End users and installers must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 10.0 dBi at 850 MHz, 8.5 dBi at 1900 MHz, 7.9 dBi at 1700 MHz and 9.7 dBi at 700 MHz to meet MPE RF Exposure, ERP and EIRP limitations. This filing is only applicable for 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1700 MHz and 1900 MHz operations. This device supports 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE5 and 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE2, LTE4 and LTE12 operations. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. The responsibility for the use of this module in all configurations utilized or contemplated, remains with the Grantee.
