FM300 Installation Guide Features FM300 is a three-frequency stereo FM modulator with selectable FM frequencies of compact size. It allows the addition of auxiliary audio sources to any FM radio (even those lacking auxiliary inputs). It can be used with DVD players, MP3 players, Digital TV Turner, and more. How to install FM300 1. Find a suitable location for this FM modulator. 2. Plug the RCA/power cable to socket of unit (labeled Audio Input + - ) located at the front of the FM300 . 3. Connect the male radio antenna connector to the car radios FM antenna input, and the female connector to the car antenna.. 4. Connect the Black wire power cable to chassis ground. 5. Connect the red wire to Digital TV Turner of other audio sources like DVD 6. Set the Frequency Select switch to either L, M or H. The frequency range for L,M and H are as follows :
L : from 87.9 to 88.3MHz; M : from 88.6 to 89.0 MHz; H : from 89.3 to 89.7 MHz 7. Turn on the car radio and tune to the frequency selected in Step 6. 8. Once you determine the correct frequency, it is recommended to store the frequency using one of your radios preset keys. 9. Turn on the audio source (Digital TV turner or DVD) connected to the FM modulator. This audio source should now be heard over the vehicle speakers. 10. Adjust the volume control of the car radio to appropriate level. 11. Once you turned the audio source (Digital TV turner or DVD) off, your car radio returns to standard radio use. Specifications 1.
