Progra m Installation A. MP3 Explore Installation Method For Firm Ware Upgrade of <U4Ria> program must be installed. Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP users : Choose the directory Setup\TCC730USB_Driver\install98MeXp.bat from Installation CD to install and double click. Windows 2 000 Users: Choose the direc tory install2000.bat from Installation CD and double click. If you insert the C D to CD-ROM drive, the installation program s tarts automatically. Click Install Software to start installation. The Setup file is executed automatically. Click Next at the instruction of the program. If you insert the C D to your PC, b ut it is not e xecuted automatically, search the CD, and click Setup.exe file from Setup folder. Choose the directory to install the Explore and click Next. Select the Program Folder and click Next. If you see the message that Installation is finished click Finish. When using Explore, d ouble click the icon on screen or run it fr om starting menu. To remove the program, run add/remove the program at control menu of Windows and remove MP3 Explore. B. Firm Ware Upgrade Method Turn on U4Ria , and on the Men u press [Play/Pause] Key on F/W Upgrade mode. When it appears Not Connect message, connect the USB cable to PC. With the Connected message you can execute the program. Select Tool on Menu Bar and run Upgrade Appli cation Code , and choose file and click open. Can see the Progress of Upgrading. When Upgrading is finished, the program is automatically finished. C. Mass Storage Program Installation Method Windows 20 00, Windows XP Users: You don t need extra Program to install. J ust turn on U 4Ria and connect to PC, it is automatically acknowledged as moving storage, and you can use it freely. Windows 9 8, Windows Me Users: Sea rch the Installa tion CD, and double click TCC730_Win_MassDriver_Intaller\730inst.bat. Then the Program will be installed automatically. Trouble Shooting If it appears that the U4Ria Player has a problem, check the fol lowings before contacting customer service. A. The player does not work, or nothing is displayed on the LCD. Check the general battery or the rechargeable battery level. The player requires one 1.5V AAA battery. Also check the polarity (+ .-) of the battery installed. B. The U4Ria buttons do not work. Check if the Hold button is pressed. C. Music is not played when pressing the Play button in MP3 mode. Check if any file is saved in internal memory. Check if the battery is correctly installed. Check the power is on. D. MP3 files cannot be downloaded. Check if the U4Ria is properly powered on and if the USB cable i s correctly connected to the USB port of the PC. Check the battery is correctly installed. Check the USB port connection. Cautions:
