Please read and follow this user guide thoroughly before using the SH2000. Button functions Power/phone button Press and hold for at least 7 seconds to power on the SH2000; press and hold for at least 7 seconds to power off the SH2000. When playing music, press and release to play music; press and release again to pause music. When receiving an incoming call, press and release to answer; press and release again to end the call; press and hold for 4 seconds then release to reject the call. Press twice quickly to call last number dialed. Devices results may vary. NOTES:
During the first time set-up, you must hold the power/phone button down until you hear Ready to pair in order to sync your device to Bluetooth. After the initial pairing, you can let go of the power/phone button after you hear a voice say Power on. When playing music and a call comes in, the music will pause and you will hear a ringtone. The music will resume when the call is ended. Devices ringtone may vary. If you reject a phone call you will hear a voice say Phone call rejected and your music will resume playing. Volume up/track forward button Press and release to raise the volume. Press and hold to go to the next track. NOTES:

NOTE: Make sure the SH2000 is fully charged before using it for the first time. 1. Gently plug the Micro-USB end of the included charge cable into the charge port of the control box. 2. Plug the USB A end of the cable into a powered USB port, such as a computer, laptop, or USB AC adapter (not included). 3. The LED power indicator light located next to the volume up/track forward button will light up solid red. Once the headset is fully charged, the power LED indicator light will turn solid blue. NOTES:
When the battery level is below 10%, you will hear a voice saying Battery level low. Charge your SH2000 with the included charge cable. This feature only works while the SH2000 is on. The LED power indicator light will light up red while charging even if the SH2000 is off. You cannot charge your SH2000 while listening to music. Connecting via Bluetooth (First time set-up):
1. Press and hold the power/phone button for at least 7 seconds to turn the headset on. You will hear a voice say Power on, then continue to hold the button until you hear Ready for pairing and the LED power indicator light will rapidly flash blue and red. NOTE: During the first time set-up, you must hold the power/phone button down until you hear a voice say Ready for pairing in order to sync your device to Bluetooth. After the initial pairing, you can let go of the power/phone button after you hear Power on. 2. Open the settings on your Bluetooth device. (Bluetooth must be enabled) 3. Select SH2000 from the list of Bluetooth devices. 4. Once paired, you will hear a beep then a voice say Device connected. The LED power indicator light will blink blue. 5. To turn off the SH2000, press and hold the power/phone button for at least 7 seconds. You will hear a voice say Power off before the headset turns off. NOTES:
Your device will automatically find and pair with the SH2000 Sport Headset after the initial pairing. If your device does not automatically pair, the SH2000 will say Pairing not completed. Turn off the headset and repeat steps 1-4. The SH2000 will automatically pair to the last device connected. The volume up/down buttons on the SH2000 may control the volume on your device. Devices results may vary. Troubleshooting Issue: My SH2000 doesnt turn on. Solution: Try the following:
Make sure the SH2000 is charged. Make sure the volume is turned up on your device and the SH2000. Make sure you press and hold the power/phone button for at least 7 seconds. Issue: My SH2000 is not charging. Solution: Try the following:
Make sure that the charge port on the headset is free from dust and debris. Make sure that you are using the charge cable that came with your SH2000. Make sure there is power coming from the power source. Issue: My SH2000 isnt syncing to Bluetooth. Solution: Try the following:
Make sure you hold the power/phone button down until you hear a voice say Ready for pairing after it says Power on. Make sure that the Bluetooth setting is turned ON on your device. Check to see if another user is connected to the SH2000. Refer to the user guide of your device for Bluetooth syncing instructions. Issue: My SH2000 volume is turned all the way up, but the volume is still very low. Solution: Try the following:
Make sure your SH2000 and audio device are charged. Make sure the volume is turned up on your device and the SH2000. Issue: The person on the other line cannot hear me very well. Solution: Try the following:
Make sure your SH2000 and phone are charged. Make sure there is nothing covering the microphone on the control box. Make sure you have service with your phone provider.
