Tighten them using Allen Key ( 70 ). Wheel Step 2 Petals Assembly Screw Bolts (32) into both Rear Holes (A) at the Main Frame and tighten them with Wrench (71). Insert Bolts (32) through the Left Pedal (33L) and secure them to the Front Hole (B) of the main frame. Repeat for the Right Pedal
(33R). Tighten the Bolts (32) with the Wrench (71). Be sure the pedal marked L is on the left and the pedal marked R is on the right. Pedals (33) must rest on Rear Bolts (32). Step 3 Seat and Sliding Track Assembly Slide the Seat (53) onto the Sliding Track (4). (35) through the hole near the end of the Sliding Track (4). Then attach the Rubber Stopper (35) to the other side and secure it with Screw (37) and Washer (36). Tighten using both the Allen Key (69) and the Screwdriver (71). Step 4 Rear Base Tube Assembly Attach the Rear Base Tube (3) onto the Sliding Track (4) using 4 Screws (55), 4 Spring Washers (54), and 4 Washers
(6). Tighten with the Allen Key
(70). Be sure the spring washers are closer to the head of the screw. Step 5 Connect Sliding Track to Main Frame Put both Male and Female connecting jets and wires
(41&46) under the Sliding Track
(4) to avoid wire being pinched by the metal. Lift up the u-
shaped open end of the Main Frame (1) and the front end of the Sliding Track (4). The angle of the tablet holder is adjustable. Tension Knob (50) is adjustable from the lowest tension (1) to highest tension (8). The End Cap (56) of the Rear Base Tube (3) can be adjusted to the floor level. To Move Rowing Machine Lift the rear base frame tube until the wheels at the front base frame tube touching the floor and then move the machine to your desired location. 9 LOWHIGH To Fold Rowing Machine For Storage 1. Unscrew and release Knob (43) and Washer (42). 2. Pull out the Safety Pin (39). 3. Lift up the Sliding Track (4) with one hand. 4. Insert Safety Pin (39) to Hole C. 5. Screw and tighten Knob (43) with Washer (42) into Hole D. Note: To avoid slamming by Sliding Track. Be sure to hold the Sliding Track when you insert or remove the Safety Pin

MODE: Press it to select functions.
- Hold it for 3 seconds to reset time, count and calories. SET: To set value of time, and calories when not in scan mode. RESET: Press to reset time, count and calories.
