Bluetooth devices enable to communicate without wires, using built-in radio transceivers which operate on a globally available radio frequency to ensure worldwide compatibility. Your Bluetooth wireless headset can communicate with other Bluetooth devices within a range of approximately 10 meters (33feet).

Under the headset turns off ,press the MFB for 5 seconds , the red and blue indicator flash one time simultaneously ,release the button ,then the headset turns on. Hold the multi-function key for about 5 seconds, and release it until the blue indicator and red indicator keep on for long time means the headset has been turned on. Note: when the headset turns on but not connect with Bluetooth set, the indicator will be red, when connecting with Bluetooth set, it will turn blue light and flash. Turn off:
When the headset turns on, press the MFB for 5 seconds, the red and blue indicator would flash one time simultaneously, and then release the button .The headset can be turned off. 9 Hold the multi-function key for about 5 seconds .and the red and blue light keeps showing means the headset has been turned off. It means the headset is matching now. 3Searching the Bluetooth device for the cell phone, and match ;( more details please refer to the use manual of cell phone. 4Choose the UTEL T20S in the device list and then confirm following the screen prompts. 5During the confirming , enter the password 0000 to match .when the Bluetooth indicator flash three times, it means matching successfully. Note: After matching successfully, it would out of matching automatically, if you do nothing with the matching action after 3 minutes. Note: MFB is short for multi-function button. Take care: After matching, if there is no activity for 30 minutes or disconnecting 15 with any device for 5 minutes, the headset will be turned off automatically to save power. If the headset fails connecting automatically to the initial or the latest used phone, please recharge it, turn it off and then restart, or do pair them again. Please make sure there are no barriers for example: wall or other electronic equipments between the headset and mobile phone, and their distance is not over 10 meters. If problems still can not solved following above steps, please turn off your mobile phone or its Bluetooth function and then restart. Please confirm that the pin is 0000.
