Small flat head screwdriver (for optional switch mounting) Tweezers INSTALLATION Four channels are available so that you can operate up to four systems at different locations around your home. (See channel options.) PLUG-IN RECEIVER For use with under counter lighting and any plug in lamp. 1. Test light to be controlled by the Light Switch by turning lamp to On position. If working properly, turn lamp to Off position. Unplug lamp at outlet. Plug Receiver into any standard outlet. Plug lamp into Receiver. Turn lamp to On position. TEST Position transmitter switch in the desired location and test operation by pushing the top of switch for On or bottom of switch for Off. aon MOUNTING TRANSMITTER SWITCH Select which switch faceplate cover matches your decor. If you prefer to change the existing cover, simply remove the screws and cover. Replace with extra cover and screws provided. Note:
Mounting switch on a masonry or metal wall may reduce range. A. For tape mounting:
1, Make sure surfaces are free of dust, oil, and other substances that could affect adhesion. Attach double-sided tape to back of switch housing. Press tape firmly to mounting surface. For screw mounting:
Remove faceplate screws from cover, place back plate where desired and mark screw locations. 2. Insert mounting screws into holes i in back plate and s screw 7 Mwn

3. Replace cover and faceplate screws. SWITCH BATTERY REPLACEMENT 1. Remove faceplate screws from cover and lift cover away from back plate. 2. Remove old batteries. 3. Install two new 3-volt lithium batteries (CR2032/DL2032) noting polarity. 4. Replace cover and screws. BATTERY CAUTION: Do not recharge, disassemble, heat above 100C (212F), or incinerate. Replace only with UL approved Type CR2032/DL2032 3-volt lithium batteries, such as, Carlon RC3395. Use of another battery may cause failure of the transmitter and will void manufacturer's warranty and liability. TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS Problem: Nothing happens when transmitter switch is pressed. Suggestions:
_ 1. Confirm that light fixture/lamp i is in the On position and is plugged into the receiver. 2. Check that outlet is functioning (test by unplugging receiver and plugging in lamp only). 3. Replace bulb. 4. Check that receiver and transmitter are set to same channel and are within 50 feet of each other. 5. Check battery orientation in the transmitter switch or try replacing the batteries. Problem: Light sometimes turns on/off without anyone pressing switch. Suggestion: If another wireless system is on the same frequency nearby, it could accidentally trigger your system. If this happens, change channels on the transmitter and receiver by following instructions below. CHANGING DIGITAL CODE CHANNELS (OPTIONAL) This product utilizes digital channels to send a signal from transmitter to receiver. The user can change the signal if outside interference occurs. If you use other wireless products in your home, there is a slight possibility of interference. Use the following instructions to change the current channel setting to a new setting. IMPORTANT! If you change the channel combination on the transmitter, you must change the combination on the receiver. If the channel combinations do not match, the system will not function!
1. Unplug receiver. 2. Locate channel jumpers on back of receiver and inside transmitter switch. Note: You will have to remove faceplate from transmitter switch to locate channel jumpers. 3. Use tweezers to place jumpers on the appropriate prongs to match desired code. 4. Reinstall receiver and transmitter switch by following installation instructions.
